1. Subject of the Agreement
We offer the provision of hotel services, including but not limited to accommodation, dining, conference rooms, and other related services (hereinafter referred to as the 'Services').
2. Price and Payment
The price of our services is determined according to the current rates provided to our clients. Payment for the Services shall be made in accordance with the terms set forth by our hotel.
3. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide the best quality services to our clients. However, we shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may arise from the use of our Services, except where otherwise provided by law.
